As an Account Support Representative , you’ll be the go-to contact for customers and internal Account Managers, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You’ll help manage orders, support sales initiatives, and collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Manage orders for new products and maintenance services
• Support Account Managers with sales coordination and prospecting activities
• Track customer backlogs and monitor market metrics
• Assist in preparing presentations and responses to RFQs
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Participate in marketing campaigns and occasional travel (up to 5%)
