Administers medication and immunizations Supports patients / families in self- management of their health through assisting with education Provides patient Triage Coordinates Referrals Documents eligibility in medical record per practice protocol. Identifies and documents network providers for appropriate referral. Verifies provider order and patient per practice protocol
Registered Nurse (RN) TCP Westwood clinic
We are searching for a Registered Nurse (RN) with our TCP Westwood Clinic location - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients. Someone who works collaboratively with other member of the healthcare team to render age appropriate care.

Qualifications :
- Diploma in Nursing or Associates Degree in nursing in a related field accepted by the Texas Board of Nursing for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining an RN license
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
- PALS - Cert-PALS (American Heart Association)
