job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReview commitment letters and approvals; prepare / verify loan documentation. Clear pre- and post-closing conditions and exceptions. Coordinate funding, wires, basic G / L entries, and disbursements. Liaise with attorneys and loan officers to schedule and execute closings. Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSA / AML, and regulatory standards. Manage insurance documentation and loan participation packages. Generate reports on closings, exceptions, and portfolio updates. Associate’s degree (Business or related) and 5+ years of commercial loan operations / closing experience. Strong knowledge of CRE and commercial lending documentation and compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and loan systems (i.e. : NCino, ComplianceOne, and others). Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus, but NOT-required Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional.
