Coverage Needed : Start Date : ASAP End Date : 01-31-2026 Schedule : 10 days per month, 5 on / 5 off, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM Alternative Schedule : 3-day week for local part-time providers Clinical Details : Practice Setting : Outpatient Patients Per Shift : 21 Bed In Department : 2 EMR System : Epic Support Staff : 1 RN, 1 Office Staff Collaboration : Large practice agreement with Pharmacy for medication education and patient visits Assist with medication management in tandem with Pharmacy Infusions : Conducted at oncology clinic; hospital privileges required to order infusions Assist with outpatient clinical coverage Requirements : Minimum Board Certification : Certified in Rheumatology License : Licensed in WA or IMLC
