We are currently seeking a Engineer, Seating Systems . This position is responsible for designing and developing seating systems for a world-class vehicle in terms of both styling and function. Our ideal candidates exhibit a can-do attitude and approach their work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, possess the ability to learn quickly, and strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

Your Role :

• Be a significant contributor to a world-class Seating System engineering team.
• Create industry-leading Seating Systems, with groundbreaking luxury, craftsmanship, performance, safety, ergonomics, and functionality.
• Contribute to the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of Seating commodities and Systems in the Lucid portfolio.
• Work interactively within a cross-functional marketing, design, and vehicle engineering team, placing priority on the greater benefit of the vehicle above any one individual system.
• Collaborate with seating team suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery of Seating systems.
• Employ and develop effective tools and an innovative approach to supporting the development.

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
