Key Responsibilities
Lead technical assessments and validations of manufacturing processes and equipment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition products from prototype to commercial production
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and maintain quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
3-10+ years of experience in process engineering or product commercialization in food manufacturing
Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and ERP systems
Familiarity with food manufacturing technologies and regulatory requirements
Project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets
