Physical Therapist Outpatient located at on our Valley View Campus in Glenwood Springs, CO. Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy, Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado, At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years is preferred, BLS through the American Heart Association, Flu Vaccination – no declinations accepted - required Oct 1st through April 1– must be from THIS flu season. Working 4-10 hour days / week, weekdays will vary, but al will include a Saturday schedule
