The primary role of the Web Marketing Manager is to manage national (B2B) & local (B2C) website properties through enterprise WCMS (web content management system), driving business results while supporting overall marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, analytical, and collaborative leadership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under the guidance of the Director of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical website strategy across all brands (national and local) and manage website implementation, establishing best practices for web technology enhancements, integrations and migrations
- Translate business strategies from stakeholders into product strategies, feature roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver against our value propositions and company goals
- Own A / B testing program including ongoing performance analysis
- Efficiently manage the design >
delivery handoff, development, QA and deployment for all CMS / website updates
Work with Digital / Brand marketing to support integrated marketing campaignsMaintain existing corporate website(s), ensuring consistency of content, design and brand, and adherence to brand guidelinesWork closely with Creative and Brand Strategy teams ensure all creative support PDS brand guidelinesManage, collect and report digital KPIs; present business updates, including web analytics / KPIs, budgets and forecastingDeliver ongoing review of best-in-class digital approaches, present digital trend reports, benchmark historical and industry best in class results; Stay current on emerging digital technologiesEnsure accessibility & web complianceIdentify, clarify, and document issues or projects that affect the web channel or any web-supported functions — Verify and investigate defects or issues reported by the team, identify and propose potential solutions to root causesQualifications
6-8+ years relevant work experience in enterprise web marketing for a business with national locationsBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in Marketing, Communications, or related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.6+ years of related work experience, of those years, 2+ minimum management or leadership experienceExperience implementing Adobe AEM or similar web content management systemExperience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEMHands-on experience developing pages using AEM Templates and Components, will be a plusExperience and understanding of web tools, processes, and metrics (i.e. GTM, Adobe Launch, Optimizely, CrazyEgg, etc.)Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
