Facility Manager

Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a Facility Manager to join their team. As a Facility Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Facility Manager Location : Lawrenceburg, TN Pay Range : $40 / hr - $45 / hr Shift : M-F. 8 : 00 am-5 : 00pm

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and direct the plant operations team, ensuring efficiency in maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure adherence to the Master Services Agreement and relevant amendments.
  • Manage financial performance related to operational facilities spend, ensuring compliance with budgets.
  • Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI / SLA performance for plant operations and engineering services.
  • Support delivery of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations and functions.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
  • Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing technical and administrative staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS / Work Order systems.
