Job Description

As a Security Professional Access Control Patrol Full-Time in Anaheim Hills, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and managing access points. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment for tenants and visitors. You will also provide outstanding customer service, respond to inquiries, and use technology such as computers or tablets to support daily operations. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related procedures at the location.
  • Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises, following site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
  • Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with property management and local authorities when necessary to address security-related matters.
  • Participate in emergency response activities as required by site-specific procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
