A company is looking for a Help Desk Administrator to provide technical support and customer service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Create, document, and update knowledge articles in ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years as Helpdesk Admin / Desktop Support with Microsoft 365 / Office Suite
2+ years Azure Administration experience
2 years' experience with Exchange Admin Center
1+ year of professional experience with Intune
Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting is preferred
