RIOS is an international design collective. We are actively in pursuit of wonder within the design of the built environment. We are seeking a Senior Project Designer to join our EXD team, leading the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion through design leadership, strong communication, and both independent and collaborative engagement. Our EXD team specializes in signage, wayfinding, and environmental / experiential graphics. Interested applicants should demonstrate a refined design aesthetic and the ability to mentor and guide project teams effectively.

Design & Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of CADTools
• Familiarity with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools is a strong plus
• Familiarity with SignAgent is a plus
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to communicate concepts through hand sketching is a plus
• Experience designing for the built environment, including both 2D and 3D solutions

Salary Description

$95,000- $140,000 / yr DOE
