job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork in an adult radiology / cardiology setting Day shifts Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, 5x8s No weekend, call, or on-call shifts Floating within service line and scope may be required Uses Epic EMR system; Epic experience is preferred Assignment is open to travelers outside a 75-mile radius only Candidates must be comfortable working independently, as they may be the sole Sonographer on site Black scrubs required Must complete fit testing; facial hair must allow for proper mask fit No RTO allowed during the first week; no more than 7 days RTO per 13-week contract is permitted Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning as a traveler Travelers can remain for 12 months (allied); must take a 6-month break after 12 months Pre-employment modules must be completed prior to start Minimum 2 years of sonography experience required ARDMS certification required Experience with adult patient population required Current valid state license required at time of submission; license required if applicable Epic charting experience preferred or required for some units No local candidates within 75 miles High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
