Enrollment Representative

A company is looking for an Enrollment Representative (remote) with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform data entry and validation tasks using MS Excel to ensure accuracy and completeness of information

Assist in the enrollment process for commercial insurance and Medicare, ensuring all required documentation is accurately processed

Monitor and track enrollment status, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or GED - Required

Strong technical skills in MS Excel including data entry validation and report generation

Experience or knowledge in commercial insurance enrollment or Medicare Enrollment is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
