How You'll Achieve it
Manage the full hiring pipeline, from posting roles and auditing internal integrations to conducting final interviews and onboarding new employees.
Lead engaging onboarding sessions and maintain our LSCRE Academy learning platform to ensure top-tier training delivery.
Partner with leadership to track development milestones and align career pathways across departments.
Support culture initiatives and engagement programs that make our workplace feel connected and vibrant.
Handle employee transitions (onboarding, transfers, and exits) with empathy, confidentiality, and precision.
Maintain HR system accuracy and ensure every process reflects consistency, clarity, and care.
