This is an opportunity to be on a small, but impactful and unique team at an established company.What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of brand and affiliate client relationshipsPerform deep dive analysis on performance deliverables, and communicate regularly with clients on performance and optimization opportunitiesPerform analysis specific to ad product performance and to help provide data driven strategic insights that help define business and sales strategiesPull reporting from internal platformsAct as internal liaison for finance, marketing, BI, operations, product, and legalCommunicate with internal stakeholders on performance, needs, goals, expectations, issues, and winsWork within a team of Growth Partnerships Managers to take on special projects for important initiatives including inventory management, beta testing, and forecastingHandle escalated integration / ad-ops issues on the client-facing sideWork with client and ad-ops to facilitate set up and testing of client offersPitch offerwall to agency / affiliate partners with multiple client offerings to seek out new relationshipsWhat we're looking forBS / BA or equivalent experience is necessary.Successful experience working for an advertising network, platform, advertiser, or agency in a client-facing role.Experience with brand, affiliate, agencies, and networksExperience with market research and survey partners a plusExperience with performance-based online or mobile advertising is ideal, understanding of basic online advertising models.Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.Experience with third party tracking companies.CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.Comfortable with presenting in front of an audience and being an active participant in team meetingsAdditional informationRelocation support is not available for this position.Work visa / immigration sponsorship is not available for this positionLife at UnityUnity [NYSE : U] is the leading platform to create and grow games and interactive experiences.
