  • Duties : Diagnose & treat various types of musculoskeletal & chronic pain; alleviating pain through a interventions, medications, therapies & pain psychology.
  • Required Procedures :
  • Occipital bloc, Trigger point, Genicular block (ASC), Genicular RFA (ASC), Any intra articular injection (ASC), Lumbar epidural (ASC), Caudal epidural (ASC) & SI joint injection (ASC)
  • Surgical / Procedural : 98%
  • Trauma Level : II
  • EMR : Cerner
  • Required to Supervise APPs : Yes
  • Hospital Privileges required : Yes
  • Temporary Privileges available : Yes
  • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements :

  • Active WI License or willing to obtain
  • BC / BE
  • ABLS, BLS, ACLS, ATLS & PALS
