Staff Pharmacist - Sterile Compounding
Turbare Manufacturing, a leading sterile 503B compounding facility, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our team. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all operations within the sterile cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
- Supervise sterile technicians and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
- Perform all duties associated with a licensed pharmacist within a sterile environment, including medication preparation, verification, and documentation.
- Conduct routine inspections of sterile compounding processes to ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and quality standards.
- Assist in investigations of deviations, errors, or non-conformances, documenting findings thoroughly and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all compounding activities, deviations, and investigations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training and competency assessments for staff members to uphold best practices in sterile compounding.

Requirements :
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.Valid pharmacist license in good standing.Experience in a 503B compounding pharmacy is preferred.Strong understanding of USP 795, 797 and 800 guidelines.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while maintaining strict aseptic techniques.Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and to lead and supervise all within in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Strong problem-solving skills and experience in investigations and root cause analysis.Proficient in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Physical Demands and Work Environment
