Staff Pharmacist - Sterile Compounding

Turbare Manufacturing, a leading sterile 503B compounding facility, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our team. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all operations within the sterile cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols.
• Supervise sterile technicians and support staff, providing guidance and ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Perform all duties associated with a licensed pharmacist within a sterile environment, including medication preparation, verification, and documentation.
• Conduct routine inspections of sterile compounding processes to ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and quality standards.
• Assist in investigations of deviations, errors, or non-conformances, documenting findings thoroughly and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all compounding activities, deviations, and investigations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and regulatory teams to ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
• Participate in training and competency assessments for staff members to uphold best practices in sterile compounding.
