You’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling—and support clients through every step of the insurance process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide responsive, friendly support to clients throughout the sales process
Answer questions and offer clear guidance on life insurance options
Assist clients with applications and track progress through completion
Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
Deliver excellent customer service that builds long-term trust
