Our client in Worthington, IN is seeking seasonal  Production workers for Corn Sorting and General Operator positions. A successful worker will have strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. This is a Tobacco Free Facility.

Job Title : Production Workers

Location : Worthington, IN

Pay Range : $17-$20

What’s the Job?

• Sort and inspect corn on conveyor belts, removing husks and identifying quality issues.
• Receive and process incoming crop deliveries, including weighing and unloading trucks.
• Operate husking and sorting equipment as part of the harvest process.
• Run drying equipment to ensure crop is processed safely and efficiently.
• Label, tag, bag, and palletize seed for storage or shipment.
• Enter inventory and processing data into computer systems accurately.
