Automotive Paint Prep Technician

Revology Cars is hiring an Automotive Paint Prep Technician at the Orlando, Florida, facility, where we build1960s Mustang automobiles.

This role is critical to ensuring the highest quality finish on our vehicles by preparing surfaces for paint application. The Paint Prep Technician will perform a range of tasks including sanding, masking, cleaning, and applying primers to deliver flawless results that meet company standards.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• A Paint Prep Technician in the Paint department at Revology Cars will make between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• This is not a flat-rate job. The pay is stable, and you don't have to worry about not being assigned enough hours
• The work week for this role is 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday
• We offer company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) accrue immediately upon  hire, and new hires are eligible for holiday pay after only 90 days .
• All full-time employees are eligible for our 401(k) with up to 4% company match after only 180 days .
