Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Social Worker for the upcoming school year, located in Broadview, Illinois. This full-time position, Monday through Friday, is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students behavioral and social emotional needs within an educational setting.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Education or Special Education
  • Possession of a Professional Educator License (PEL)
  • Prior experience in a school environment is preferred
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is highly valued

Responsibilities include :

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
  • Collecting and analyzing behavioral data
  • Consulting with teachers and social workers regarding student behaviors and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) goals
  • Administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Socially Savvy, ABLLS, Vineland, Functional Analysis, and Kindergarten Readiness Assessments
  • Providing one-on-one and small group interventions
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Section 504 meetings
  • Collaborating with outside providers to support comprehensive care
