A company is looking for an Experienced Collections Representative - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and accept incoming calls regarding past due accounts
Secure payments on accounts that are past due
Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of collections experience
5 years of previous call center experience preferred
Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
Ability to maintain a professional phone etiquette
