Surgical Sales Specialist - ATT
Medical device sales specialists are responsible for selling medical products, equipment, and services to hospitals, health systems, doctors, and clinics.
We are expanding our Advanced Tissue Technology sales force and territories!
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Increase sales of products and achieve all territory sales objectives in alignment with the goals and compensation plan necessary to acquire new business and leverage existing recurring revenue
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital, wound care centers and private practice clinicians and administrative staff
- Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory, maintaining a high retention rate of accounts within the defined territory
- Attend all product training necessary to develop a thorough knowledge of the products
- Plan and conduct personal visits to customers and prospects to educate on the proper use and benefits of our products
- Attend and observe surgical procedures, in OR settings and in Clinical Office settings, offering instructions and information related to the product
- Communicate and collaborate with team members in sales, marketing, and customer service to improve the customer experience
- Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to leadership
- Manage marketing and sales budget
- Accountable for aggressive call pattern / visit rotation and entering call details into CRM and regular business review presentations
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
Experience calling on healthcare providersExperience selling within multiple, varied call points; Hospital including OR and surgery centers, Wound Care Centers, Podiatry, vascular and other private practice specialties associated with the treatment of chronic wounds. Familiarity with OR policies and procedures is helpful.Experience in developing accounts / markets within buy and bill medical environmentAbility to assess market (territory) and opportunity, prioritize, develop, and execute sales strategy and plan to obtain desired growth and revenue targets.Great interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsPatience and composure when communicating with medical staffMust be able to solve problems with products, customers, and accountsUnderstanding of the functions and procedures of hospital supply chain is helpful but not requiredMaturity and the ability to adapt quickly to both independent and team-oriented environmentsMust have a Bachelor's DegreeOur products make a big difference every day.
