Overview

Join the Team at EVstudio – Driven by Design, Defined by Collaboration. EVstudio is a multidisciplinary design firm where architects, surveyors, engineers, and professionals collaborate to design solutions that shape communities and elevate everyday experiences. This role is for an entrepreneurial, architecture-driven leader to head the Custom Homes studio in our Denver office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Development : Build and expand client relationships across private and public sectors, with a focus on the custom homes sector.
  • Grow the Team : Mentor and develop architectural talent while partnering across disciplines, including civil, MEP, structural, and survey.
  • Oversee Projects : Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with firm-wide leadership to align Colorado's growth with EVstudio’s broader vision.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience, including client-facing and project leadership roles
  • Demonstrated business development success and local market knowledge
  • Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset
  • Experience in commercial, industrial, or municipal design sectors is a plus
