We are seeking a high-performing Automation Sales Specialist to drive growth in our automation solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in whitespace and competitive selling, particularly in the infrastructure automation space. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the HashiCorp portfolio or similar competitive solutions and a proven ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop whitespace opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts.Lead competitive sales engagements, positioning our automation offerings against market leaders.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with DevOps, infrastructure, and IT operations teams.Deliver tailored demos and presentations that highlight business value and technical differentiation.Track and report on pipeline development, competitive insights, and sales performance.Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum three years of experience in whitespace and competitive selling, preferably in infrastructure automation or DevOps tooling.Key Capabilities
Strong understanding of automation frameworks, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud-native architectures.Familiarity with the HashiCorp portfolio (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad) or similar platforms such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or AWS CloudFormation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Experience selling to technical buyers in DevOps, cloud engineering, or IT operations.Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT environments.Technical certifications or training in automation tools or cloud infrastructure.Ability to travel up to 25%.Work Location
