Assistant Community Manager
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for overseeing, under the supervision of the Community Manager, the everyday operations and financial functions of the housing community. You will play a vital role in delinquency and rent collection to optimize the property's cash flow and financial position. You will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management in the absence of the Community Manager. As an onsite leader, you will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Note : This section includes standard compensation information and benefits; compensation decisions are based on factors such as skill set, background, training, certifications, and other relevant experience. Our total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, and performance bonuses where applicable. Full-time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
Salary Range : $16.50 per hour to $18.50 per hour
