Help with additional items when in room as needed : Offer WOW items (chapstick, tissues, magazines, etc.) Tidy Up Room if Patient needs things organized Water Flowers if needed Make sure phone / call light is within reach Select Weekdays and Weekends : 10 : 00 to 14 : 00 CST Select Weekdays and Weekends : 18 : 00 to 20 : 30 CST
Areas of opportunity include Inpatient Acute Care, Medical Surgical Inpatient Care and Intensive Care Unit.
Must be comfortable on patient care floor; must be considerate in relating to the needs of patients and visitors; must have successfully completed the hospital orientation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
DUTIES :
- Visit patients with our activity cart and offer complimentary items!
Books, coloring items, fidget toys, decks of cards, etc.
Fill ice water
