What you will do :

The Sr. Director, Finance Digital Products is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation and data product innovation across Kenvue's Finance organization. In this role, you will serve as a critical interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data and digital solutions are aligned with enterprise goals and deliver measurable value. You will lead and grow a strong team of digital product owners and business analysts who will define and deliver digital capability roadmaps to unlock growth, efficiency, and improvements in employee, customer, and consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Engagement & Strategic Leadership :

• Forge strong partnerships with Finance stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor to identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact digital and data opportunities.
• Translate complex Finance requirements into actionable digital initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory needs, and long-term financial goals.
• Craft and execute the vision for finance data and digital products, collaborating with Tech & Data and business leaders to advance automation, analytics, and innovation.
