Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient, Telehealth & Aquatic Therapy Location :

• Stanwood, WA Pay Rate : $28–$37 / hour + bonuses Bonus Options : $2,500 sign-on bonus or $5,000 “Bring a Friend” bonus (if you and a PTA friend join together) Schedule : Full-Time (30+ hrs) or PRN | 4 clinic days + 1 telehealth day | Monday–Friday Relocation Assistance : Available About the Role We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team in Stanwood, WA .
• This role offers a hybrid schedule combining in-clinic, aquatic therapy, and telehealth care, providing flexibility and career development in a supportive, patient-focused environment.
• This role combines hands-on patient care with telehealth technology to provide individualized, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities Deliver 45-minute therapy sessions under the direction of a licensed PT Assist with treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and aquatic patients Conduct telehealth sessions one day per week using digital rehab platforms Document care and progress efficiently in the EMR system Educate patients on recovery, mobility, and prevention strategies Collaborate with PTs and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Qualifications Active (or eligible) Washington PTA license Current CPR certification Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfort with EMR and telehealth platforms Experience with aquatic therapy preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits $28–$37 / hour pay rate Bonus Options :
