Job Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our counseling staff and enhance the overall clinical performance of our clinic. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including the Medical Director, Program Manager, and Nurses, to meet the clinical needs of our patients and support their well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while managing the clinic's budget.
- Keep management informed of significant treatment events and make recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the completion of all intake, admission, discharge, and aftercare paperwork.
- Develop and manage patient group session schedules to strengthen patient engagement.
- Assist with clinical aspects of quality assurance program reviews and accreditation processes.
- Provide feedback on staff performance and serve as a backup for the Program Manager when needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and conduct regular reviews of patient files.
- Participate in community relations activities and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics.
Essential Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field, with licensure or certification as required by state regulations.Experience : A minimum of five (5) years in a clinical setting.Knowledge : Familiarity with Methadone, clinical supervision practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, and HIPAA regulations.Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a dependable work ethic.Working Conditions :
This role requires the ability to operate in an open work area with moderate noise levels. You will engage in sedentary work, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds and movement such as standing or walking.
