Marketing And Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to drive our strategic marketing initiatives and enhance our market presence. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and brand recognition. Ideal is plastics experience, may consider other backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in strategic planning and budgeting to elevate brand recognition and boost sales.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement effective social media and website strategies.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing firms on significant projects to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee the product portfolio to optimize profitability throughout its lifecycle.
  • Innovate solutions to enhance product performance and address existing challenges.
  • Work closely with the sales team to capitalize on product and market opportunities.
  • Apply project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate preparation for trade shows and actively participate to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive marketing experience.
  • Preferably experienced in industries such as plastics, consumer products, or medical products.
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing acumen.
  • Proficient in branding, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proven experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing communications and trade show participation.
