What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare locationMonitor access to the facility, verifying identification and / or credentials of individuals entering the premisesRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocolsMaintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as requiredAssist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as neededCommunicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or patients to address inquiries and provide information about the location\'s proceduresObserve and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnelWhat We're Looking For
Availability across various days and shiftsReliability and ability to adapt to different post assignmentsA desire to gain broad experience and grow within the companyInterest in transitioning into full-time roles when availableMinimum Requirements
Minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degreeAccess control and badge experience is preferredBe at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed rolesHigh school diploma or equivalentBackground check as required by federal, state, and local lawsAllied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable lawsDrug screen as permitted by lawLicensing requirements subject to state / local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employmentValid driver's license required for driving positions onlyWhy Join Us
