Specializing in HIV / AIDS treatment, PrEP, and transgender care , we foster a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician (MD / DO) to join our team in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Position Overview As a Physician or Nurse Practitioner , you will play a vital role in improving health outcomes for adults, particularly in underserved communities.

Your focus will include preventive care, chronic disease management, and specialized services such as HIV / AIDS care, PrEP, and transgender healthcare .

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
