Job Title : Associate Medical Director / Psychiatrist for Mental Health Telehealth Services

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist (MD or DO) to be one of two leaders to oversee our clinical operations for our growing telehealth practice in the state of Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and medical oversight ensuring the highest quality of mental health services through tele-health administration. As a partial owner of a clinical care professional corporation, this is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise to make a meaningful impact on the lives of other healthcare professionals through innovative, accessible mental health care.
Additionally, this role provides brief assessment and medication management on a contract basis to our patients. This position provides concierge level medication management to patients.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership and Oversight
- Provide medical leadership and oversight to a team of licensed mental health professionals, ensuring evidence-based practices and the highest standard of patient care.
- Conduct regular case reviews, supervise complex cases, and support clinical decision-making.
- Serve as one of the primary points of contact for clinical escalations, addressing patient care concerns as needed.
- Ensure that services meet legal, ethical, and accreditation standards, maintaining a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive environment for both clinical and non-clinical team members.
Qualifications
Education : MD / DO in Psychiatry or Neuropsychiatry, licensed to practice in Massachusetts.Experience : 5+ years of clinical experience in mental health care; 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.Licensure : Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in the United States and the State of Massachusetts and DEA license.Certification : Board-certified in Psychiatry.Skills and Competencies
Experience working with physicians and healthcare professionals as patients required.Strong understanding of telehealth regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.Proven leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and other digital tools.Experience working in medical settings, on integrated teams in health professions training programs preferred. Experience teaching in residency programs or working in clinical settings is preferred.Other Requirements
