Our client, a leader in industrial construction and redevelopment projects, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Capital Projects Department supporting cross-functional site operations and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead all phases of a major brownfield redevelopment project, including demolition and construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)
- Ensure strict adherence to onsite safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate site activities, including delivery, installation, and commissioning of facility equipment
- Act as primary liaison between project stakeholders and site leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
