Description :

Position available for an RN in the behavioral health specialty.

Shifts will be from 7 PM to 7 AM.

The unit has 23 beds with a patient ratio of approximately 5 : 1, considering support staff.

The patient population includes adolescents with acute psychiatric needs in a co-ed setting.

De-escalation skills and a willingness to work with adolescents are essential.

The facility provides a full continuum of behavioral health and substance use services.

Training will be provided for specific interventions if needed, although prior experience is preferred.

Scrub color is galaxy blue tops only, with galaxy blue or black scrub bottoms.

Unacceptable attire includes crocs.

The position involves floating throughout the hospital if required.

No call requirements are expected for this role.
