Call Responsibilities : Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call on a 1 : 4 rotation, collaborating with experienced physicians to provide continuity of care. Supervision of Nurse Practitioner : Assist in providing collaboration and supervision of Nurse Practitioners, contributing to a team-based approach to patient care. Average Patient Volume : See an average of 20 - 25 patients per day in the outpatient setting and manage an average inpatient volume of 2 - 3 patients per day. Average Deliveries : Perform an average of 5 - 6 deliveries per month at Franciscan Health Michigan City, contributing to comprehensive obstetric care. Advanced Technology : Benefit from blocked OR time with Da Vinci Robotics on site and access to ultrasound services, enhancing diagnostic and treatment capabilities.
