Qualifications :

  • 5-10 years of experience in Commercial plumbing systems
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, cast iron, copper, and Victaulic connections
  • Proven experience with underground plumbing installs
  • Well versed with Carrier and fixture installs
  • Ability to operate excavating equipment a plus

    • Skills Required :

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and industrial structures
  • Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, supports, and related mechanical systems from 20” to ¼” diameter
  • Follow building plans and blueprints
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing & pipefitting trades
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Responsibilities

  • Oversee plumbing installations and repairs on commercial sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to execute plumbing tasks efficiently.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate project updates and resolve issues.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on plumbing techniques and safety practices.
