Responsibilities
- Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems
- Performing reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
- Planning and completing daily service visits in your assigned area
- Ensuring all work meets industry compliance standards
- Keeping accurate reports using the company CRM
- Managing van stock levels and working with logistics for restocking
- Attending team meetings and relevant technical training
- Identifying personal development opportunities and upskilling where needed
