Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to drive effective communication and collaboration. Develop and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and progress reports. Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and firms safety program.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years in construction Ability to manage phased construction in active healthcare facilities, ensuring projects progress smoothly while hospitals and clinics remain fully operational. Excellent communication skills Experience overseeing a project team.
