Member Services Associate

The Patrick Henry Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members! This part time position starts at $13.00 per hour.

Serious applicants must be flexible and able to work weekends, some weekday mornings and evening shifts. Opening and closing necessary. This opportunity includes free gym account and cross training for multiple departments.

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Member service associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations.

QUALIFICATIONS of a Member Services Associate

Member service associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
