Hours : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 0opm or 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm

Location : Fayetteville

Pay : $16-$17 per hour

Responsible for managing inventory and supplies, processing work orders, coordinating vehicle rentals, handling calls and messages, and directing customers and callers to appropriate personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive, record, order, and distribute supplies
  • Process work orders with accurate crew and PO info
  • Manage vehicle rental details
  • Operate departmental switchboard and assist callers
  • Greet and direct customers

Requirements :

  • Minimum : High school diploma and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred : General office experience and strong customer service skills

    • Skills :

  • Knowledge of record-keeping, office procedures, and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to analyze documents, maintain filing systems, and compile data

    • Additional :

    Regular attendance and the ability to maintain positive working relationships are essential.
