Underwriting Technician (Early Talent) - Medical Professional Liability

ProAssurance specializes in healthcare professional liability, products liability for medical technology and life sciences, legal professional liability, and workers' compensation insurance. This position supports our medical professional liability line of business and is hybrid, based in Greenwood IN, Okemos MI or Birmingham AL office locations.

The Underwriting Technician will :

• Assist and support underwriters in providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents / producers, and internal customers.
• Handle policy processing for new business, renewals, and ongoing account maintenance under general supervision.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills along with outstanding customer service skills.
