As an Auto Liability & General Liability Subject Matter Expert in our growing company, your experience will be critical in helping to shape our products within the space. Your expertise will empower our team to navigate the intricate claims processes, ensuring timely resolution while upholding regulatory compliance. By leveraging your depth of knowledge, you'll play a key role in enhancing operational excellence, refining claims strategies, and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders. Your contributions will directly influence the company's growth trajectory, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions within the insurance landscape.

Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze AL / GL claims, applying your knowledge and experience to advise on the best course of action.
• Collaborate with our AI development team to train and refine our expert AI software, guiding it towards making optimal claim decisions.
• Utilize specialized tools to examine claims and provide recommendations on the actions to be taken.
• Help educate the AI system in recognizing nuances and complexities of AL / GL claims.
• Help ensure the AI software adheres to the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and ethical considerations.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AL / GL regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance and relevance in training the AI.

Required Experience :

Compensation & Perks : This is a contract role with an expectation of working hours 5-10 weekly. Hours may increase depending on the needs of the business. The target hourly pay rate is $50 with flexibility. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly scaling AI Insurtech SaaS company.
