Position Overview :
Our team at Le Depot Brasserie / Union Patisserie is looking to add a Pastry Cook. Under the supervision of our pastry chef and executive chef, the pastry department is responsible for the production of desserts, breads, pastries, ice creams etc. for our outlets, including Le Depot Brasserie and Union Patisserie. During service, pastry members will work to cook and plate appetizers and desserts.
