Carolina K is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and purpose-driven Designer to join our team in Miami. This is an in-office position; hybrid or remote options are not available, could consider a New York based designer that can relocate.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and artisanal craftsmanship, has extensive experience in luxury fashion, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. This role will play a key part in developing our ready-to-wear, knitwear, swimwear, and homeware collections while staying true to our brand ethos of sustainability, heritage, and artistry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ready-to-wear, knitwear, swimwear, and homeware collections across four seasons annually.
• Create patterns and support textile and print design as needed.
• Participate in the full product cycle, integrating feedback from production and market performance into new designs.
• Research new factories and source eco-friendly materials, ensuring each collection is designed with a sustainable and long-lasting approach.
• Travel internationally to collaborate directly with artisan cooperatives and factories, maintaining our brand’s ethos and working hands-on with the producers of our collections.
• Collaborate closely with Carolina and the design team to bring the brand’s vision into reality.
