Bridge / Structures Project Manager

Responsibilities
Design and prepare engineering drawings, reports, and specifications for structural projects such as bridges, retaining walls, and culverts.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Perform quantity and cost estimate calculations.
Manage client relationships.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of structural designs completed by others.
Assist with business development efforts, client interactions, and proposal preparation.
Support the growth and professional development of the Indiana Bridge / Structures section.
Collaborate with internal teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects.
Ensure client satisfaction through strong communication and quality assurance.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
710 years of related experience in bridge / structures design, analysis, load rating, and inspection
Proven track record leading bridge / structural projects for INDOT, county DOTs, and local municipalities
Entrepreneurial mindset committed to growing the Indiana Bridge / Structures program
Proficiency in MicroStation / OpenBridge and other related software
