Tennis & Racquet Courts Maintenance Associate

BallenIsles Country Club is currently hiring a Part-Time Racquet Courts Maintenance Associate to work weekends. This position offers up to 20 hours per week and is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of our tennis and pickleball courts. Position maintains tennis courts and surrounding area, performs general repair, maintenance & janitorial duties and operates light maintenance machinery. Daily maintenance of all tennis / pickleball courts including but not limited to : sweeping, lining, and debris removal, pressure washing, painting, sweeping, and other assigned tasks. Prepares the tennis / pickleball courts for daily play. Notifies the Racquets Shop front desk of daily court conditions. Repairs fences, sprinklers, tennis nets and windscreens as needed. Records all work completed in logbook. Maintain clear communication with members, management, and other associates. Experience in general repairs, and general knowledge of tennis / pickleball is preferred. Adapts to changes in the work environment. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Observes safety and security procedures. Reports potentially unsafe conditions. Uses equipment and materials properly.
