Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish / English)

�� Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
�� Pay : $23 – $25 per hour
About the Role :
A leading distribution / manufacturing company in Hiram, GA is seeking a dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, on-site position — not remote or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and fax.
Accurately process and track orders in the system.
Investigate and resolve shipping, billing, and order issues promptly.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
Lead or assist a small team of customer service representatives when needed.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness in all communications.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of customer service or call center experience required.
At least 3 years in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional and customer-focused demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred.
Additional Requirements :
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
